海鲜豆腐 Seafood Taufu



早前在KL的饭店吃了海鲜豆腐, 就决定周末尝试自制海鲜豆腐。味道很不错,口觉有点软,在此先做个小小记录,下一次多加点海鲜,应该会更好。


Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pieces of bean-curds  (mashed)- about 300g
5 medium size prawns (shelled, deveined and minced)
50 gm of fish paste
50g shredded carrots
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 tablespoon plain flour

Seasoning:
1 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of organic seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

For coating: Some corn flour


Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl, mix well. And add in seasoning  and  mix well. 
  2. Pour (1) into a greased 6"x6' square mould.  Steam for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Leave to cool. 
  3. Cut no. (2) into desired shapes, coat with corn flour and deep-fry till golden brown.

豆腐
1 (大约300克),搅烂
净中虾(剁碎)

鱼胶

红萝卜丝
50        
木薯粉
1汤匙 
普通面粉
1汤匙 

调味料:

鸡蛋
1粒   
生抽
1汤匙
幼盐
1  茶匙
Orgainic 调味料      
少许
胡椒粉
少许
麻油
半茶匙

粘料:玉米粉/粟米粉

做法

  1. 将全部材料放在一个大碗里,加入调味料一起搅拌均匀。 
  2. 把(1)倒入一个涂油的66的方摸,隔水蒸15分钟,取出待冷。
  3. 将(2)切成喜欢的形状,裹上粘料,放入油锅炸至金黄色,沥干油即可享用。
