早前在KL的饭店吃了海鲜豆腐,
就决定周末尝试自制海鲜豆腐。味道很不错,口觉有点软,在此先做个小小记录,下一次多加点海鲜,应该会更好。
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pieces of bean-curds (mashed)-
about 300g
5 medium size prawns (shelled, deveined and minced)
50 gm of fish paste
50g shredded carrots
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 tablespoon plain flour
Seasoning:
1 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of organic seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
For coating: Some corn flour
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl, mix well. And add in seasoning and mix well.
- Pour (1) into a greased 6"x6' square mould. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Leave to cool.
- Cut no. (2) into desired shapes, coat with corn flour and deep-fry till golden brown.
