今天,终于完成了伍仁月饼。上午,把材料先准备好,下午便开始新挑战。第一次做,只做了半份。
只需要跟着做,其实也真有趣。一共做了9个,每个50克的月饼皮,90克的馅料。
月饼皮材料:

Method :
- Mix All ingredients until well blended. Set aside for 4 hours
- Add (B) and mix to form smooth dough
做法:
1)将(A)混合拌匀。搁置4小时。
2)加入(B)搅拌成光滑面团。
3)把面团分割成10粒50克的面团,待用。

Method :
- Lightly roast (A)
- Cut (B) into small pieces
- Mix (C) till well blended add it into (A) and (B) mix till well incorporated.
- Add in (D) follow by (E) mix till well combined.
- Divide it into 135gm each
- Take 50gm of pastry to wrap up the filling then place it into the mould and press it tight.
- Unmould place it onto the baking tray.
- Bake at 200C for 12 minutes
- Take it out from the oven, wash with cold water follow by egg wash then rest for another 8-10 minutes. Bake for another 10 minutes.
