胡萝卜核桃蛋糕 Carrot Walnut Cake


今天姐姐的生日,我家大少爷和二少爷合作做了这道胡萝卜核桃蛋糕送给他们的阿姨,祝她生日快乐。

材料 Ingredients

Anchor Butter              
 Anchor牛油

Brown Sugar               
160 gm
Salt

鸡蛋

Baking Powder   
发粉
4 gm
Cinnamon Powder              
肉桂粉
2 gm
Plain Flour
普通面粉
240gm
D
Carrot
胡萝卜
112 gm
Walnut
核桃
38 gm
Raisin
葡萄干
38 gm
做法:
1. 无盐奶油室温软化,加入糖粉及,用打蛋器打至体积膨松(不用打太发)。
2. 分次加入蛋液拌匀。
3. 将低粉分次过筛进奶油糊,用橡皮刮刀拌匀。
4. 加入胡萝卜, 核桃及葡萄干,用橡皮刮刀拌匀。
5. 烤箱预热170度,烘烤55分钟。(各家烤箱不一样,温度也会有所不同,要依照自家烤箱的实际情况来调整


  Method
1.       Mix group A until creamy.  Use medium speed for around 4-5 minutes
2.       Then slowly add in Egg 1 by 1 (Group B), mix well.  Can not mix too long, around 1-2 minutes only
3.       Add in Group C using low speed, mix well
4.       Lastly add in Group D, mix well
5.       Preheat oven, use 170⁰C for 55 minutes until cook.


奶油芝士蛋糕 Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients

Anchor Butter Cheese
Anchor奶油奶酪
200 gm
Anchor Butter 
Anchor牛油
35 gm
Icing Sugar
80 gm


做法:
1.       将所有材料,用打蛋器打至体积膨松(不用打太发)。
2.       在奶油芝士馅用橡皮刮刀拌匀在蛋糕上面.

Method
Combine all ingredients, beat until light and creamy.  Use low speed to mix, then medium speed till smooth (~ 5-6 minutes)
Spread with cream cheese filling on top
