做法:
1)将(A)打至松发,然后加入(B)搅拌至光滑。
2)加入筛过的(C)拌匀。
3)再加入(D)混合均匀。
4)用茶匙将面团放入烤盘里,以170度烤约15分钟至熟。

Method
1) Cream (A)
till creamy, Add in (B) and mix well until smooth texture
2) Sieve in C
and mix well
3) Add in D
and mix well
Put in the baking tray. Bake in preheat oven at 170C for 17 minutes.I will be submitting this entry to Bake Along : Chinese New Year Cookies.
