夏果巧克力粒饼干 Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

今天抽空试了这个好像Famous Amos夏果巧克力粒饼干,效果非常的满意。。此曲奇饼干真的犹如Famous Amos的巧克力曲奇饼干一样那么的美味好吃,酥酥脆脆的外皮,加上香味扑鼻的奶油味,再配上可口的巧克力芯片。。。噢!好吃的停不了口。一天已把饼干吃了一半,新年前会再重做来待客。

材料:
A
Castor Sugar
幼糖
40gm

Brown Sugar
黄砂糖
100 gm

Salt
1/4小匙 tsp

Butter
牛油
150 gm
B
Egg
1 nos

Vanilla Essence
云尼拉香精
1/2小匙tsp
C
Plain Flour
普通面粉
250 gm

Baking Powder
发粉
1/2小匙tsp

Baking Soda
苏打粉
3/4小匙tsp
D
Macadamia Nut
夏威夷果(切碎)
100 gm

Chocolate Chips
巧克力粒
150 gm

做法:
1
)将(A)打至松发,然后加入(B)搅拌至光滑。

)加入筛过的(C)拌匀。

)再加入(D)混合均匀。

)用茶匙将面团放入烤盘里,以170度烤约15分钟至熟

Method
1)  Cream (A) till creamy, Add in (B) and mix well until smooth texture
2)  Sieve in C and mix well
3)  Add in D and mix well
Put in the baking tray.  Bake in preheat oven at 170C for 17 minutes.
