Chocolate Chip Cupcakes 巧克力粒小蛋糕


Yeah, 终于假期了。孩子们放假空闲,一起做杯子蛋糕。这道食谱参考了Y3K Delicious Cake, Chocolate Chip Cupcakes 巧克力粒小蛋糕。

材料:
A
Butter
牛油
250 gm

Brown Sugar
 
350 gm

Vanilla Essence
香草精
1 1/2 tsp

Instant Coffee (melt in 1/2 tbsp water)
速溶咖啡 (融化在1/2汤匙水)
1/2 tbsp

Egg
鸡蛋
4 nos

Water
320 ml
B
Cake Flour
蛋糕粉
280 gm

Cocoa Powder
可可粉
70 gm

Baking Powder
发粉
1 1/2 tsp

Baking Soda
苏打粉
3/4 tsp

Salt
1/2 tsp
C
Chocolate Chip
巧克力粒
200 gm

Macadamia Nut
夏果 (烘香,切碎)
100 gm
用具
Small Paper Cup
小纸杯
28 nos

Method
1.Preheat oven at 180C. Sieved Ingredients (B).
2.Beat butter, sugar, essence and coffee until light and creamy.  Add in eggs.
3.Add in dry ingredients (B) alternating with water.  Lastly, add in nuts and chips, scoop the batter into a piping bag
4.Pipe no (3) into cups and arrange on baking trays.  Bake for 25-30 minutes.  Decorate as desire

做法:
1. 180度热烤炉。材料 (B).
2.将牛油, , 香草精咖啡放入搅拌器搅拌至松发浓稠,加入鸡蛋拌至松软。
3.交替加入及粉类,然后加入夏果及巧克力粒,拌匀后舀入挤花袋。
4.(3)挤入小纸杯,排在烘盘,烘25-30分钟。
